ADDFNDVAL
Automatically calculates a mid-month value for all available benchmarks. In turn this will allow clients to report mid-month returns on their benchmarks.
Note: This function pulls from the OPEDT field in EDAC to base the calculation and has to be coded before running this function. The OPEDT should match the first value in the performance file in order to show a return. This function should not be run until the value has been received and updated.
- At the APL prompt, type ADDFNDVAL

- Enter in the SNAM(s) of the accounts you are comparing the index to
- The system will post a value to the manual sector for the date coded in the OPEDT field for the account
For example, the account EXPER2 was opened on 02/08/96 and the OPEDT is coded with 02/08/96. ADDFNDVAL will post a value for 02/08/96 in the manual sector of the index selected. In this case, the selected index is SHLAGG and after running ADDFNDVAL, the following value was posted:
