EDDPR

Allows dividend fields to edited and all other dividend fields will be adjusted accordingly.

1. At the Portvue menu, type EDDPR

The following screen will appear with the following columns:

2. Type in the SACUS, CUSIP or TICK for the security
3. Using your Tab key, type in the DIV rate, Pay Date, and Record date
4. After making changes, press F10 to exit and save

The information that you enter will be stored in the DIV4, PAY4, and REC4 fields.

Important: The data that was previously in the DIV4, PAY4, and REC4 fields will be moved to the DIV3, PAY3, and REC3. The information in the "3" fields will be moved to the "2" fields and the information in the "2" fields will be moved to the "1" fields.
