EDRESTRC

Allows trading restrictions to be created on the security level by mapping the restrictions in the RESTRC Security Master field.

Note: Account level restrictions can be coded in INFODEX or EDMEMO.

1. At the Portvue menu, type EDRESTRC

The following will appear:

2. To add a restriction, at the CODE field, type the letter or number and at the RESTRICTIONS field, type the name of the restriction
3. To exit and save, type (Q

Note: You will then need to edit the RESTRC field on the restricted securities. You can do this by using EDITSEC or EDITSEC and editing the RESTRC field.
