EDITGL

Allows specific general ledger entries to be viewed or edited for a specified time frame.

1. At the Portvuemenu, type EDITGL

The following screen will appear that prompts you for the search criteria.

2. Enter the account selection for the ledgers you want to view or edit

The following prompt will appear:

Enter Beginning Date (Hit Return for No Beginning Date) :

3. Enter the beginning date. If no date is selected, all entries for that specified security will be displayed

The following prompt will appear:

Enter Ending Date (Hit Return for No Ending Date) :

4. Enter the ending date. If no date is selected, all entries for that specified security will be displayed

The following prompt will appear:

Enter Securities to Edit (Hit Return of All Securities) :

5. Enter in the SACUS, CUSIP, or TICK for the security (or securities) you want to view or edit. Hit Return to see all securities

The following prompt will appear:

6. Select an option
7. If you choose EDIT, a screen will appear for you to correct or view the securities you selected

8. Use the TAB key to move to the columns you want to edit
9. To exit and save changes, hit F10

If you choose Print, a file is created with an .LCL extension.
