EDITSEC
EDITSEC allows you to edit one security at one security at a time and add the security if it is unlisted.
1. At the Portvue menu, type EDITSEC.
The following screen will appear for you to select the security you want to edit.
2. Enter the SACUS, TICK or CUSIP for the security.

3. Use the Tab key to move to the fields you want to edit.
4. To exit and save, hit F10.
If you select a security that is not on the system you will have the opportunity to add it. The following screen will appear asking the following:
Which Security Identifier Should Be Used to Identify Security:
CUSIP TICK
5. Select the security Identifier
The following screen will appear prompting you to select the fixed type mapping for the security. This will determine which fields will appear when using EDITSEC for that security.
6. Select the FIXTYP for the security.
The following screen will appear asking if you are sure you want to add the security.
7. If you are sure you want to add this security, answer YES. If you are not, answer NO.
If you answer yes, an editing screen will appear.
8. Using the TAB key, move to the fields you want to edit.
9. To exit and save, hit F10.
The following screen will appear verifying that you want to save the changes that were made.
10. Answer YES if you want to save changes or NO if you do not.
