FIXGLDES

Allows general ledger entries to be fixed based on description.

1. At the Portvue menu, type FIXGLDES

The following will appear:

ALLOW DELETION OF SPLIT ENTRIES: ?

2. To delete stock split and dividend entries, answer Yes. Otherwise, answer no

The following will appear:

3. Enter the data for the entries to remove

After entering data, type (Q to exit.

The following will appear:

SEARCH FOR WHAT?

4. Enter the account selection from which to delete entries

The following will appear:

DELETING 1 POSITION(S) FROM ACCOUNT SNAM
Audit Trail of Entries Which Have Been Deleted Has Been Stored to : FIXGL.L00

The system will return to the Portvue menu prompt.
