LOOKUPSPLIT allows clients to look up details on all stock splits and capital dividends that have been or will be processed on APL.
The functionality of LOOKUPSPLIT is the combined functionality of PRCAP and PRCAPAC.
- Type LOOKUPSPLIT and press

The following prompt will appear:
Run for (O)wned or (A)ll securities? (Ret to exit):
- Type O and press
Enter ↵to look up stock split/dividend information for owned securities
Type A and press Enter ↵ to look up stock split/dividend information or all securities, owned ant unowned.
The following prompt will appear:
PRINT CURRENT OR HISTORICAL CAPITAL ADJUSTMENTS?
- Type C and press
Enter ↵to see current stock split/dividend information. Current stock split/dividend information would be for stock splits/dividends yet to be processed
Type H and press Enter ↵ to see historical stock split/dividend information. Historical stock split/dividend information would be for stock splits/dividends that have already been processed.
The following prompt will appear:
FROM DATE OF(MM/DD/YY):
- Type in the date from which you want the report to begin and press
Enter ↵
The following prompt will appear:
TO DATE OF(MM/DD/YY):
- Type in the date from which you want the report to end and press
Enter ↵
Note: The complete date must be typed for the FROM and TO dates, i.e. 02/28/97.
The following prompt will appear:
SORT BY EXDATE OR ALPHABETICALLY?
- Type E and press
Enter ↵to sort by EXDATE, the date the stock split/dividend occurred, or Type A and pressEnter ↵to sort by security description in alpha order
If you selected Owned securities in step 1, the following prompt will appear:
SEARCH FOR WHAT?
- Enter the account selection for which the report is being run
A print file will be created. If the report was run for current stock split/dividend information, the name of the report file will be CAPCUR.LCA . If the report was run for historical stock split/dividend information, the name of the report file will be CAPHST.LCA .
Note: The output of each report is the same although the data will be different.
