EDINDNM

Allows the list of industry codes to be edited.

1. At the Portvue menu, type EDINDNM
2. To edit a category, move the cursor to the category to change and type over the exiting data
3. To add a category, type the number and the corresponding classification for the new category

Use multiples of 100 for sector classifications. Use multiples of 10 or less for industry classifications.

4. To delete a category, type (D and the line number of the category to delete

If you delete a classification, be sure to re-code all the common stocks that you coded with that classification.
