EDITACFIELDS

If you always edit the same set of account master fields, you may add these in EDITACFIELDS.

1. At the Portvue menu, type EDITACFIELDS

The following screen will appear prompting you for the account master fields template to view or edit. The first option is NEW TEMPLATE or DEFAULT.

2. Select the template to view or edit

If you select NEW TEMPLATE, you will be prompted to give the template a name. After giving the template a name, another screen will appear. This screen allows you to select the fields that you want to add to this particular template. You can create as many templates as you would like.

3. Another screen will appear asking if you want to edit or delete the template you selected. Select an option
4. The fields listed for the template you selected will appear. Use the TAB key to move to the fields you want to edit
5. Press F10 to exit and save changes
