FINDSNAM
Allows the SNAM for an account to be located by entering the description or long name of the account.
- At the Portvue menu, type FINDSNAM
The following will appear:
ENTER PARTIAL ACCOUNT NAME:
- Enter the description of the account for which you are searching for the SNAM
The results of the search will appear:
Accounts with a Description Containing
Occurrences of : JONES
RR SNAM (BWNUM) (DTCNO) LONG NAME
----- ------ ------------------- ----------- ----------------------------
0 DJIA (0 ) DOW JONES INDUSTRIAL AVERAGE
0 JONESC (0 ) CHARLES JONES IRA
A print file will also be created.
The system will return to the Portvue menu prompt.
