Provides information on corporate actions.
Note: This function provides the basic detail of the corporate action but does not display how the transaction will be processed.
- Type LISTALTHST and press

The selection screen will appear:
- Type the search criteria for the corporate action and press
Enter ↵
The database manager commands that can be used to search are:
- TICK EQ
- ISSR EQ
- CUSIP EQ
- SACUS EQ
- STATUS EQ
- ETA EQ
- EFFDT EQ
The options can be seen on screen by pressing F1.
A memo line will appear indicating how many transactions were found based on the search.
If only one record is found, press F10 to view the alert card.
If multiple transactions are found, press F7 to view a list of the transactions.
- Using the (Tab) or down arrow key to move to and highlight the primary security involved in the corporate action and press

The fields on this screen are described below:
- STATUS:
DONE Corporate action has been processed. READY2 Corporate action is scheduled to be processed on that night. READY1 Corporate action will be processed as soon as the new security has been added to the database. If a transaction needs to be processed immediately, add the new security using ADDSEC or EDITSEC and send mail to G.REORG with the new SACUS number. NEW Corporate action will be processed as close to the effective date as possible. Mail can be sent if this needs to be processed immediately. CLIENT Corporate action can be processed based on the available information. Client can process the corporate action by using the appropriate function or they can fill out the REORG form in MAILBOX. PRELIM This status is applicable to distribution only and means the corporate action has been processed with a preliminary cost allocation and will be adjusted when the final cost allocation has been issued. - DESCRIPTION - Name of the primary security involved in the corporate action
- CUSIP
- SACUS - APL CUSIP number
- TICKER SYMBOL
- FILE - Database file in which the security is located (If a security is no longer in the database for whatever reason, SECURITY NOT FOUND will appear for file
- NOTIFICATION DATE - Date APL received information on the corporate action
- EFFECTIVE DATE - Ex-distribution date of the corporate action
- COMPLETION DATE - Date corporate action was actually processed on APL
Below the security information, a menu of function keys that can be used is listed.
- F3 Exit. Exit the screen and return to the search selection screen
- (SF2) Full Edit. Although this will appear on the menu, users can not edit the data that will appear
- (F4) List. If multiple alert cards were selected, a list of the cards can be viewed by pressing (F4)
- (F5) Print all the cards. Print all the alert cards that were selected/
- (SF6) Delete. Although this will appear on the menu, users can not delete the data that will appear
- (SF7) Print Screen. Print the screen capture
- (F7) Pg Back. Return to the previous alert card if multiple cards were selected
- (F8) Pg Fwd. Advance to the next alert card if multiple cards were selected
- If the security being viewed is an owned security, more information on the corporate action can be viewed by pressing (F6) from the Capital Adjustment Profile screen
Press P to print the data. The print file that is created is named CAPADJ.LRP.
- To view a list of the accounts that will be affected by the corporate action press (F9) from the Capital Adjustment Profile screen
- Press Esc to return to the Capital Adjustment Profile screen
- Press F3 to return to the search selection screen and Esc to exit the function completely
