UPDATEINDEX

The function that needs to run to update indices that are provided by Frank Russell and are mapped in EDINDEX.

1. At the Portvue prompt, type UPDATEINDEX

A screen following will appear with the following prompt:

Refresh Starting From Which Month-End Date? - HIT ENTER FOR CURPRDATE :

2. Enter the month-end date that you want to begin tracking the index

The following screen will appear with the following information prompt:

Total of ## Mapping(s) from APL to Frank Russell Company
Has Been Found
Do You Want to Update All Indices in this Mapping?

3. To refresh all mapped indices, answer Yes. To select the indices to refresh, answer no

If you answer yes, the following prompt will appear:
