UPDATENEW

Allows new accounts to be added to the appropriate manager's window universe.

Note: When running NEWACCT or EDITAC, you will be asked if this function should be run. Answer yes if you want the account(s) added to the appropriate universes. If you answer No, you can run UPDATENEW from the APL prompt when you want to add the accounts to the manager's universe.
